I HAVE A LUMP IN THE ANTICUBITAL REGION WITH I BELIEVE NERVE IMPINGEMENT. I AM NOT ABLE TO LIFT ,PULL OR HAVE ANY PRESSURE TO THE ARM OR I LOSE COMPLETE MUSCLE STRENGTH AND IT BECOMES EXTREMELY PAINFUL.tHE AREA IS APPROXIMATELY 5CM MAYBE LARGER.WHAT IS YOUR THOUGHT

In my opinion, you must get a local part ultrasound done and if that's a solid lesion, get FNAC done to confirm the type of lesion.
