What Does A Lump Between The Eyes Indicate?

have lump below skin between eyes at top of nose dense and solid, grew slightly for past few months. 3 possibilities..glass from a13 yr old car accident in there coming out, 2 ingrown hair causing the respons and buildup, 3 benign tumor is surgery the only option or is there a way to liquify /heat up the mass and make a needle injection to drain. sounds better as there will be no stitches or scar with the injection option ..if possible of course? im no DR but have removed pebbles and dirt from closed wounds ive gotten biking and being a daredevil. sanitized needles, iodine, antibiotics, patch up kit from mom who is a retired nurse of 35 yrs ADVISE?

It could be harmless eye lesions like a stye.

You can apply antibiotic eye ointment like Tobramycin.

If symptoms persist better to consult an ophthalmologist and get evaluated.
