What Does A Lump Behind The Head Indicate?

I noticed a lump about a half inch wide on the back of my head and then about a week or two later I noticed another one right underneath it. they are warm to the touch and also somewhat painful they are located right by my lymth node, which on both sides have been raised for years. it has been causing me headaches on the left side which is where they are located. I also am 22 with a pacemaker and I don t need a infection. just wondering if I should go to the doctors asap or it can wait.

it sure sounds like some infection is in seeding stage and with pacemaker in place do not want to take any risks and if I were you I would definitely go see a physician.
