What Does A Lump At The Hematoma Removal Site Indicate?
I had a small haematoma removed when I was 10 years old, a few years later I developed a lipoma in the same area (left side of back), now, 26 years old I seem to have grown a smaller lipoma above the first which are both very hard and on closer inspection this evening have noticed either side I had purple/red type sploges. Roughly pea size each. What could this be? I m not experiencing any discomfort.

Usually, the hematoma removal site heals up by scarring.
The lipoma development is fat accumulation, usually a separate entity from the healing process of hematoma.
The current purple or red splodges indicate possible infection or internal hemorrhage, necrosis or so forth and hence it is a mandatory step to consult your GP immediately.
