What Does A Lump At Back Of The Knee Indicate?

I have a lump at the back of my knee just below the bend it is about half the size of a golf ball. It is not tender but feels tight when I extend my leg. I had an injection in my knee about a week and a half ago I noticed the lump about a week after the Syndise1 injection.
