What Does A Flesh Colored Gel Like Substance In Stool Indicate?

I have been noticing a flesh colored gel like substance in my stool, I am having pressure in my bottom and vaginal area. My OB nurse said it sounds like a bladder infection. I have had those before and it felt nothing like this. (Note I am not pregnant) I have had many bacterial infections vaginally since Dec. Do you have any idea what this is. I am embarrassed to see my doctor. I am 31 5ft 8in. In good health for the most part.
