What Does A Bony Protrusion On The Shoulder Blade Indicate?

I ve noticed that when I move my right shoulder blade upwards I have a large bony protrusion on top of it, to give an idea of size it looks like I ve got really muscled traps. This isn t present on the other side, I also get a twinge of pain when I press down.

According to your clinical history you are most probably having a benign( non cancerous ) masses on your shoulder blade.The other possible differential is a bursa around shoulder.
There is nothing to worry regarding this.You need to take an X-ray to confirm the diagnosis.
