sir my penis is little bit(10-15 degrees) bend and twisted to my right side.My penile shaft is broader at base and runs narrow to the glans.From mid of shaft its getting little bit bent to right side when flaccid but on erection it becomes straight and little tilted towards right.Sir plz tell me is it normal ?

No this is not Normal. This may be a disease called "Peyronie Disease"
