What Does WBC For Nitrates In Urinalysis Mean?

i have a positive ena, and ana as well as comAB positive esrh was 29. have had pain in extremitys as well as numbness and fatigue in episodes for three plus years. swollen in ankles and now some mitro valve regurgitation . uranalysis shows some wbc pos for nitrates. any ideas

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Presence of pus cells and positive nitrates in urine suggests presence of bacterial infection in urine.
You need to consult your doctor with report for prescription of antibiotic.

A positive ANA test suggests presence of some connective tissue disease.
There are many connective tissue diseases which lead to positive ANA test.
Majority of connective tissue diseases are characterised by weakness and fatigue.
Swollen joints suggest involvement of joints.
Joints are involved in many connective tissue disorders.
Further blood tests are required to diagnose the particular connective tissue disorder.
Connective tissue disorders include rheumatoid arthritis, mixed connective tissue disorder, Sjogren's disease, Scleroderma, etc.
You need to consult a rhematologist for clinical assessment, relevant investigations and thus treatment.
