What Does TSH Level Of 2.5 Inspite Of Trying To Conceive Indicate?

Hi, My name sushma . I had tsh level of 8.50 on jun 2014 and then started to take 25mcg thyronorm then it reduce to tsh level 4.85 on 10th oct 2014, after that started to take 25/50 mcg alternative day and it reduce to tsh level 2.50 on 1st dec 2014 now doc. recommended me to take 50 mcg per day for whole my life. I am married now so planning for baby thats why doc. said my tsh level should be 1 to conceive baby. Is my treatment going the right way. Is there any anything esle i can do for better health. Please suggest ..

NORMAL T S H IS 0.4 TO 4.6 ( VARIES FROM LAB. TO LAB.) MAINTAIN AT 2.5 TO 3 ( YOURS IS 2.5, IS BEST) .
DO NOT CHANGE TO 50 mcg.
START TAKING TABLET FOLIC ACID DAILY FOR HEALTHY BABY WITHOUT DEFECTS.
WHEN YOU BECOME PREGNANT(BEST OF LUCK IN ADVANCE) YOUR DOCTOR MAY INCREASE THE DOSE OF THYRONORM, BECAUSE IN PREGNANCY DEMAND OF IODINE INCREASES.
