Hi Doctor, i just had a MR Brain Angio and I need further explanation on this please: conclusion: 1) few punctate hyperintense foci in the bilateral fronto partictal white matter- ischemic foci 2) Mild Prominence of the ventricles and estraaxial CSF spaces- age related cerebralatrophy Patient age : 57 years

Hello,

The report indirectly says that the patient is suffering from multiple infarcts in the frontal.
Obviously these infarcts lead to shrinkage of white brain with ventricular dilatation. So if you're hypertensive, get treated accordingly.
Please consult your neurophysician, he will examine and treat you accordingly.
