What Does Lungs Show Slightly Accentuated Bronchovascular Markings Indicate?

Sir, i have got my chest xray done. It was a routine medical checkup by company i am working for. On xray report it is written that
1.both domes of diaphragm are sharply outlined
2. Lungs show slightly accentuated bronchovascular markings.
please. Help me on that.is it serious...?

Thanks for writing to HCM

Accentuated broncho vascular markings may be due to infection like bronchitis,age related changes etc.
Both domes of diaphragm are normal.
Findings are not serious at all.
You also need clinical correlation.
