No focal or diffuse atrophy

I am a 44 year old female that is overweight. I do work out and eat right. I had to have a full hystorectomy when I was 31 due to tumors. I have been on Hormone therapy since. I have had sever Migraine issues for 18 years the last 5 years have been the worst and the the last 3 years I have had noticeable changes in my memory. August I had Neuropsychological testing and the finding are that I have a moderate gap in my memory.
