What Does Fundo Posterior Wall Of Placenta Mean?

My wife is in her 7th month of pregnancy..Her scan report indicate the position of Placenta as Fundo Posterior Wall(Grade 1). Placenta Praviea : NIL

What does this mean and does this have any issue with Baby/Mother for a healthy Normal Delivery..

Your wife's report is absolutely normal.
Placenta is situated in fundo-posterior region of the uterus with grade 1 maturity.This is normal finding.
There is no placenta previa means placenta is not touching internal os.
It is early to comment on type of delivery that she will have.Type of delivery depend upon many things and you shouldn't worry about this.
