What Does E.Coli Indicates In My Urine Culture Test?

As advised by my family doctor I have tested Urine Culture and result is
E.Coli grown in culture 80.000/ml and now I would like to know whether it
is serious one and my age is 52 years female. Before this test my doctor prescribed GUDCEF-CV 200 to relieve the pain . pl. advise on this

Hi and welcome to Healthcaremagic.
This is called bacteriuria and means that there is certain amount of bacterias in your bladder and urinary tract. If you have symptoms then it meanst that this is uroinfection and it should be treated with antibiotics.If you dont have symptoms then you should drink more fluids and repeat test in 2 weeks.
