General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

From your description, I am of the opinion that ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) has three levels and it is not related to "hit by an iron rod" incident.

It's always from childhood. ASD 3 levels require substantial support and they are intellectually impaired.

If You yourself has written this question for yourself then in don't consider that you come in any such Classifications of ASD.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Ashish Ranjan, General & Family Physician
