What Does ANA Of 1:320 Mean?
Hi, my daughter is 16 years old and has carbon dioxide low of 16, blood occult +2, hyaline casts and calcium oxalate crystals are present. She also has an ANA of 1:320 speckled pattern. What does this mean, does her urine tests mean there s something wrong with her kidneys? Thank you.

Consult a rheumatologist and get evaluated. The ANA test is equivocal and additional tests like immunohistochemistry (IHC) are required.
