What Doe Warm Sensation In The Head Indicate?

I am a female - 61 years old. Not current medical issues. I take blood pressure medicine, cholesterol medicine, bladder control medicine, sybicort and pantenase daily. Am also currently take strong dose of Vit D. This morning I woke up feeling fine and was eating my breakfast (rice checks and milk) and started to feel horrible. The palms of both hands started burning, I had a horrible pain in the front right side of my upper chest and a pain in my right back chest. I felt a little sick to my stomach but was able to drink water and burp without throwing up. I did have diahhrea. I felt light headed and weird - my eyes were not blurry. I took my blood pressure and it was 115/80 pulse was 83. I also hadn t taken my medicines yet so I first took my baby aspirin which I take daily. My head felt warm. I went outside to get some fresh air and felt a little better but not much. I laid down with a cold compress on my head for a few minutes then took my shower. After getting dressed I felt better but am still not at 100%. What do you think this was? As a matter of background - last May (2016) I was bitten by a lone star tick and contracted ehrliciosis (not sure if I spelled that right or not) and almost died from it. Was in ICU for 4 days and reg hospital for the next 6 days. They gave me a plasma transfusion - had it for 6 days. My kidneys and liver were back working at 100%. I ve had regular check ups since and have been released from the Nephrologist. Since then I ve developed thinning hair and eczema. Been to dermatologit and have been treating all of that. Have been feeling ok until this morning. I have been under a lot of stress for the past couple of months - recently lost two members of my family. Help - are my today symptoms something I should be worried about? Thank you

Pulmonologist 's  Response
Hi,

The possibility of stress and anxiety related symptoms is more likely. So better to consult a psychiatrist and get done counselling sessions.

Try to identify stressor in your life and start working on its solution. You may need anxiolytic drugs (propranolol and flunarizine combination) too.

Avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm. Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
