What Do You Suggest For An Increased Heart Rate?

I am twenty-two have had instances of high diastolic numbers with an increased heart rate. For example today I took my blood pressure and pulse and it was 128/98 with a pulse of 120 I took it a second time and it was 130/102 with as pulse of 117. Any ideas?

Dear sir

Heart rate should be at 60-80 beats per minute normally

Below 60 beats we call it as bradycardia

Above 60 beats we call it as tachycardia

If the heart rate goes above the recommended normal range, we insist to start a beta blocker drug at the night time like atenolol, metaprolol which slows the heart rate.

secondly consult your doctor to ruleout other causes.
