Hi so I have been experiencing this weird chest pain on my lung and under my rib cage, causing wheezing, shortness of breath. Unbearable pain, coughing up mucus and as of yesterday I became very dizzy and faint, then lost consciousness. The lump or growth continues to get worse along with the pain, tightness of chest, wheezing, and faint dizzy spells. With the pain becoming so bad ibuprofen does nothing, I m worried for it to be possibly a tumor or cancer. I do have cancer in my family on all sides and lost my father 9 years ago, I m a avid smoker and I have just looked over symptoms and everything is pointing to the big C but I more so need help with finding the best plan of attack, should I seek the ER room immediately, wait longer even though there is NO signs of it getting better. Please I hope you may shed some light onto what I should do? I fear ER rooms, and doctors but the pain and lack of ability to breath and fainting has me concerned please help in anyway possible.
