What Do Urge Incontinence And Painful Urination Indicate?

I just saw my Dr this past Friday for my annual physical. Blood and urine labs were done Monday that same week. All was ok no issues. Tonight I have been having the constant urge to pee and it hurts to pee. There is a light bloody show on the tissue when I wipe. Could this be a UTI? I haven t had one in years?

Hello dear. Thank you for using Healthcaremagic. It seems you are suffering from a UTI. You need to fo an urine sample and uroculture. Meanwhile try to get an antibiotic like bactrine 950mg daily till the results come out. Best regards.
