What Do To Do For Blood Clots And Fuzzy Head?

Yes please I banged my head on a metal sign three days ago just by my hairline it has not broke the skin but I have had a fuzzy head since last night a lump had come up and I am having a burning sensation in the area I have had blood clots in the past and I am worried it may happen again

I have read your message.
I think there is a possibility (in view of your bleeding tendency) that there might have been contusions that may have developed in the brain.
I would really suggest testing a CT scan of the brain to confirm.
In case this is already done, kindly let us know the report.
The burning head and bump are probably due to the soft tissue injury.
You can try a mild analgesic like paracetamol for this purpose.
Do let us know the report for further suggestion.
