What Do This Transvaginal Scan Result Indicate?

My transvaginal scan says Uterus - anteverted and normal in size 6cm × 3cm. Normal myometrium, hyperechoic endometrium 9.4mm, no gestation sac, no endometrial fluid, both ovaries contain thin walled 5 subcentimetric clear cysts each. The largest follicle on the right measure 6.2mm and 5.8mm, those on the left measure 5.7mm and 5.9mm. No adnexal masses, no fluid is seen in the pouch of douglas. Please does this mean I can t get pregnant when my ovulation is in 4 days?
