What Do These Ultrasound And Urinalysis Reports Signify?
my self is 37 years old. Findings- Right Kidney measures approx. 10.2 cm, left kidney measures approx. 10.4 cm. Impression is :- Mildly prominent pelvicalyceal system of right kidney. Is there any serious condition about my kidney. Please advise me the suitable. Report of my Urine is - Urea- 25, Creatinine- 1.0/mg/dl

Mildly prominent pelvicalyceal system may be a normal radiologic finding and may not mean any serious on going problem with the kidney especially when kiney function tests come normal like in your case.Such findings are common with UTIs.I will suggest you do a urinalysis and if any germ identified, you get treated.
