HELLO, I JUST GOT MY CHOLESTEROL NUMBERS BACK, HOWEVER, I DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ALL MEAN. CHOLESTERAL 171, HDL 26, TRIGLYCERIDES 212, LDL 103. I AM 36, 5 8 WEIGH 209, AND HAVE ALREADY STATED A DIET PLAN AND EXERCISE ROUTINE. IVE DROPED ABOUT 10LB IN THE LAST MONTH.

It may be due to hyperlipidemia.
For that you may require tablet atorvastatin after physician consultation.
Along with that take fat free diet.
Do regular exercise.
