What Do These CT Angiogram Findings Indicate?

Hi Doctor, I need some suggestion here on my mother CT Angio report.We just have a below remarks from the test. Remarks: - Right dominant circulation with Type 3 LAD. - Mixed plaques in the distal LM and proximal LAD causing about 20 - 30% luminal narrowing. -No flow limiting coronary artery disease. Any suggestions ?? how severe is the disease now ? Thanks, Jay
