Received my mothers Pathology results from something she had removed Monday and it states 1) POLYPOID ENDOMETRIAL PROLIFERATION WITH ATYPICAL STROMA AND BENIGN GLADULAR COMPONENTS 2) EXTENSIVE NECROSIS, HEMORRHAGE AND BACTERIAL COLONIZATION We have now been told we need to see a Gynecologist Oncologist Can someone please help me understand this.Thank you.
