What Do The Scan Results Indicate?
urinary bladder is normal in distensibility and wall thickness. The lumen is echo free. Uterus is retroverted and bulky in size. it measures 7.7 X 5 X 5.4 cm. myometrial echos are homogeneous. endometrial thickness 20.7 mm? Nature. Both overies are normal in size, shape and echogenicity. Right ovary measures 2.8 X 1.9 cm and shows follicle of 16.2 mm. Left ovary measures 2.2 X 1.9 cm and shows follicle of 14.0 mm. cul-desac is clear.

According to USG report,uterus is enlarged in size with normal echotexture.
Endometrial thickness is increased.You need clinical correlation and biopsy of endometrium.Increased endometrial thickness may be due to both benign and malignant reasons.Biopsy can confirm its nature.
Ovaries are normal.POD is also clear.
