What Do The Following Test Results During Pregnancy Indicate?
My wife is 15 weeks pregnant. Her HBA1C test was conducted in March and found to 5.5%. Day before yesterday the fasting sugar was found to be 132 mg/dl, 1 hour after Glucose tolerance test (GTT) 265 mg/dl and 2 hrs after GTT 198 mg/dl. Pls advice what to infer from these readings.

She is under the prediabetic stage. Avoid taking sweet tasting food. She can do yoga at home and also safe exercise during pregnancy and consult a diabetologist for the same.
