What Do The Following Eye Test Results Indicate?
Sir my daughter is 3 years 10 months old..her eye checkup was done in school with below observation right Eye spherical 1.75 , cylindrical -1.5 , axis 174,pupil size 4.6 and left eye spherical 1.5 , cylindrical -0.75, axis 126 and pupil size 5. Please advice

The inference of the eye check up that you've mentioned is that your daughter has two types of eye defects.
First is the nearsightedness for which spherical lenses have been advised and the second one is axis defect for which cylindrical lenses has been added.
