What Do The Following MRI Findings Indicate?

Need help with MRI readings on Lumbar and T Spine. Hi my daughter is 31 and was diagnosed with fibromyalgia when she was 26 by a neurologist, he passed away about 2 years ago and even with her medical records, doctors now tell her that she is too young to have fibromyalgia, I was diagnosed at the age of 30 with RA and had, had it for several years before being diagnosed. Her current doctor finally did MRI s on her back. We need help understanding it. T Spine Findings: There is a slight dextroscoliosis with the apex at T7. There is a Schmorl node or mild benign central compression deformity involving the inferior endplate of C7. There is no evidence of an acute fracture. No muscle or ligament abnormalities are noted. The intrinsic cord signal is normal. C6-7 Mild generalized bulge, C7-T1 there is facet hypertrophy greater on the left, mild bilateral posterior lateral disc bulges and mild foraminal stenosis on the left. T1-T2 There is a small posterior lateral disc bulge on the right. T2-3 Normal; T3-4 There is a small posterior lateral disc bulge on the left; T4-5 Normal; T5-6 There is a small focal disc bulge on the left; T6-7 Normal;T7-8 Normal; T8-9 Normal; T9-T10 normal;T10-11 There is a mild facet hypertrophy, a mild generalized bulge and mild canal stenosis. T11-T12 & T12-L1 There is a mild generalized Bulge. Impression: 1. Multilevel generalized disc bugles with facet hypertrophy at C7-T1 and T10-11. 2. Mild canal stenosis at T10-11. 3. Schmorl node or mild old benign compression deformity involving the inferior endplate of C7. 4. No acute fractures. Lumbar Spine, Findings: Multiplanar, multisequence of the lumbar spine was preformed without contrast on a 1.5 Telsa magnet. No bone marrow abnormalities are noted. The conus and distal thoracic cord are normal with the conus terminating at the L1 level. The common bile duct was borderline in size, measuring 6 mm in calibar. Recommend correlation with the patients liver function tests and consider an ultrasound of the gallbladder (she had these test came back ok). T12-L1 There is a small posterolateral disk bulge or protrusion on the right with no cord contact, imcompletely evaluated. L1-2, L2-3, L3-4 L4-5, L5-S1 All have mild generalized bulge. Impression: 1. Multilevel mild generalized disk bulges. 2. Small posterolateral disk bulge or protrusion on the right at T12-L1, incompletely evaluated. 3. Borderline dilatation of the common bile duct. She had the Lumbar MRI done March 2014, and even though she complained of her neck and upper back hurting, the nurse practitioner did not do a T Spine MRI until this March 2015. What kind of specialist should or need to see, or is her nurse practitioner ok. Thank You.
