hi so i don t think its a big deal but out of no where my arms and legs started shaking pretty badly like i was cold or something but I m inside wight he heater on. I was perfectly normal, stood up from my desk to get ready to go out and it just started happening out of no where

Some times normally it happens,but if it happens recurrently then I would like to suggest to rule out the cause.For that you may need to get thyroid profile , blood sugar level done and also checking B.P regularly would also help to rule out any culprit factor.
