What Do Sudden Breathlessness With Feeling Of Skipped Heartbeat Mean?
My 24 year old wife has strange episodes where she suddenly gasps for air. She says it is sometimes accompanied by her heart feeling like it is skipping a beat or stopping for a second. What could cause this? Is it something to be concerned about or not? I know that you cannot answer for certain without full medical history and tests but I guess I m asking to see if she needs tests done ASAP?
