What Do Stiffness In The Neck And Pain Behind The Head Indicate?

I ve had a stiff neck for 58 days. Started when I was assisting my vet and had to look up at my horse s head (to help) for 2 hours. I did see my regular doctor about 30 days after and she determined that it was a muscle soreness issue. The neck pain occasionally goes up into the back of my head. Tonight, my right arm and hand tingles. Should I be concerned?
