What Do Small Itchy Bumps On The Hands Indicate?

Have really small fine bumps showing up on my hands that you can barely see but they itch terribly and I m noticing that they aren t really going away. They flare up every now and then but never go away completely. Now I m noticing on the palm of my hand. The bumps are singular and seems like its a small grain of rice or something under my skin. What is this?

Hello, my name is Dr.Dorina Gurabardhi. I understand your concern.
I think that your symptoms are related to dyshidrotic eczema, or dyshidrosis. It is a skin condition in which blisters develop on the soles of your feet and/or the palms of your hands.
Treatment include:
1)Corticosteroid cream or ointment that you apply directly to your skin for mild
2 )antihistamines such as Claritin or Benadryl to help decrease your symptoms.
3)anti ich cream
4)Wet, cold compresses can help reduce the discomfort associated with itchy skin.
5)mineral oil
6)Diet:consume vitamin E
