What Do Small Itchy Bumps On The Forearm Indicate?

My forearm has been itching me and small little bumps have now appeared. it has not gone away until a doctors visit (in a coupe of days) can you tell me what this may be. there are 3 larger ones just under the side of the forearm, as if they line-up in arow ans appear puffy and red. Recently working around begonis plants at my place of employment. My coworkers and I found very tiny little white ... not sure what they were so tiny but it looked like an infestation of some kind as it was spread allover the leaves. we threw the live good out- do you thing there is any connection? Appreciate your feedback XXXX
