What Do Skin Cracks On Penis Indicate?

Hi i have been looking on the internet for a while now and i can t find the answer to my question, so can you tell me why i have small cracks under the head of my penis that open up and get worse while i m erect and also i have some bumps on the shaft of my penis too.

Well come to HCM
If you are not circumcised then such lesion could be this only because of the adhesion, you can treat this condition with "Neomycin" cream apply this on affected part three times in day, take care for good hygiene, hope this information helps, take care.
