Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Most common cause for this kind of menstrual abnormality is hormonal imbalance. So better to consult gynecologist and get done clinical examination and hormone levels. You may need hormone pills to regulate hormones. Once your hormones are normalize, you will have normal menstrual cycle. Don't worry, you will be alright. Avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
