General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Welcome to the HCM
Since there can be true seizures and false seizures.First you have to rule out wether these attacks are just stress related or these are caused by electric disturbance in brain .
For that you may need to get done her EEG and discuss with the neurologist.
As a true seizure can be associated with loss of consciousness, tongue bitting and urine incontinence and post seizure lethargy.
Hopefully I answered your question.
Regards,
Dr.Maheshwari
