What Do Rashes On The Lower Legs Indicate?

I have a rash on both my legs below the knee. I has been there for close to a week. I feel good, have no fever and am going on a cruise this Thursday! I have been eating a whole grapefruit each day for about two weeks. Could it be caused by too much acid?

It doesn't look like it is related to grapefruit eating. It looks like mosquito or insects bite.
You can use any over the counter medication to keep them away .
