What Do Random, Severe Pain In Lower Abdomen Suggest?
I am experiencing moderate to severe lower abdominal pain. It is predominantly centralized in the area of my pubic bone and radiating upwards toward my right side. It is very stabbing, frequent but without consistant intervals. It s just very random. It comes with nausea and mainly when I am moving around.

Well come to HCM
Chances of stone need to be ruled out and for that better to get done the pain x-ray of abdomen in standing position, till then this can be managed with, "Tab Dicyclomine with Acetaminophen" some time this could be colicky pain and this may come around even without the medicines, take care.
