What Do Presence Of Leukocytes In The UTI Test Results Suggest?

I m experiencing a minor burning sensation when I urinate. Also I m frequently urinating. My bladder feels full but when I urinate, barely anything comes out. I took a AZO UTI at home test that I purchased from my local cvs, and the test came out to be positive in leukocytes and negative in nitrite. What does this mean? What do I have? Is it possible that I could have an STD?
