Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understating your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of pink dots on tongue which seems to be due to irritated papillae of tongue. It could be erythroplakia and due to nutritional deficiencies. I would suggest you to avoid intake of sharp, spicy and sticky food and take soft and light diet. Do warm saline gargles several times a day. Visit oral physician once and get it examined and go for proper anti-inflammatory medication course. Maintain hygiene. Vitiligo is very common skin disease. I would suggest you to apply sunscreen rich in SPF 26. You can go for medicine plus ultraviolet A (PUVA) light. Visit dermatologist once and get it examined and start treatments accordingly.

Hope your concern has been resolved.
