Experiencing chest tightness and mild pain in center of chest. When just sitting, no pain. Pain only when I stretch side to side or stretch my shoulders back.No arm or jaw pain. BP 120/81. Feels like upper respiratory tightness. No cough. When breathing in deeply I feel a tightness and the mild pain. The mild pain seems to extend to my back.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I think your pain comes from mussels maybe you did an overuse or a sudden movement or started exercises. The sudden increased activity leads to mussels sores.

Have plenty of rest, and over -the-counter anti-inflammatory drugs can be used.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka
