You may be having lymph node inflammation. We call it lymphadenitis. This happens when you have sore throat or mouth ulcer. Lymph nodes are organs which protects spread of infection.
So when you have sore throat drainage of fluid to lymph nodes leads to inflammation and swelling. treatment is to treat the cause and lymph node swelling will reduce.
