What Do Pain And Swelling In The Vagina Indicate?

painful swollen vulva outer labia red painful 4 days. implanon removed & nexplanon implanted in arm jan 25 2018. using aldara cream 3 times a week for genital warts. applied to outer area vulva & labia. bathed with table salt in water two days ago. today epson salt in bath water. used aldara cream last night. Dial gold antibacterial soap used to wash area which is very irritated painful and red and swollen. should i use cold compresses and Vaseline on compress to keep it from sticking? would vaseline or personal lubricant (KY jelly generic) help? ibuprofen for pain?
