What Do Pain And Swelling In The Left Leg Indicate?

I had cellulitis in my left leg and foot before Christmas and was put on antibiotics which did help but now I am experiencing pain, more swelling, pain is like stabbing or burning pain that goes clear up to my hip. I have trouble getting comfortable enough to get to sleep
