General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

As per your history and as a physician, I think you may have hairline fracture as you are unable to walk and swelling also present. But you have done x-ray and there is no bone break. Then, pain is because of sprain.

I will suggest you to take tablet Zerodol SP, apply diclofenac gel or Volini spray locally.

I will also suggest you to review here with detailed history or consult with the orthopedician and do regular follow up. Do strapping of foot after orthopedic consultation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shyam B. Kale
