General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Fluttering sensational in the chest along with intermittent chest pain may be a sign of an underlying cardiac problem. Your blood pressure is also on the higher side and needs monitoring. If it continues to be like this, then you will have to take antihypertensive medication to keep it under control. I would advise you to get a full body workup done including ECG to detect any abnormalities.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nazma.amman
