What Do Numbness And Tingling Sensation In The Fingers Indicate?

I have had an ongoing issue with numbness and aching starting under my left armpit with the numbness/tingling down to my and and fingers. The only way I can describe the feeling under the armpit is if something was in the way? or blocking? Feels like sometimes my arm is coming out of falling asleep

In my opinion these symptoms may be due to nerve involvement or hypocalcemia or vascular occlusion.
Serium calcium levels should be checked.
Nerve conduction velocity test can be done.
USG Doppler of the left arm can be done
